Who I am
I am not a "prince" 🙂 ... started from the lowest position as programmer. Slow climber - sometimes down, just to make sure I understood, most of the time - UP.
And all my experience, projects, education and practice were a marks on my personal map to reach here, to become the CEO of High-Tech company. To have the right tools in my tool-box and use it to stir and effect Silicon Service to new achievements.
Recently, together with a team of designers and engineers I have also started developing a patent pending product which fits in the outdoor equipment and mobility sectors. The team and I believe this product will revolutionise the two aforementioned market segments. More details regarding the project will be made available here soon.

Senior Program Manager
Managed “Smart City” Program in Central Asia – $30M USD
Developing and integration a C&C system of security, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and community involvement for Ministry of Internal Affairs government offices. Developing overall work plans including: Data center establish, LAN/WAN deployment, system architectural concept from mobile C&C via LTE/CDMA network to the virtualization backend servers and workstation clients. Design and deployment of DRP system site.
Technology Project Manager
Managed Command & Control project – 17M USD
The C&C application for 3D and GIS information correlation and fusion. Design to cost a full system including client-server architecture, real time performance, system scalability and integration with intelligence systems. Managing a sub-contractor in Japan for ultra-high quality GIS data collection.

Managed engineering aspects of Command & Control project – Smart City – 500M+ USD Developed 10M USD pilot for modern Smart City, which successfully led to Mega-project contract (Details to provide in face-to-face interview)
